Faulty or Damaged Goods
We take pride in the quality of our products, and in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged print from us, we will replace it without delay and free of charge. If the packaging or the item itself is significantly damaged, please refuse the delivery and take a photo of the damage. Contact us immediately at Bothasig.land@gmail.com

If you notice any damage to the print after it has been delivered, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your print. Our team will assist you in returning the product. Please pay for the return.
If you are not satisfied with your print due to any misrepresentation of its appearance, please contact us at Bothasig.land@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt. Our team will investigate the matter and arrange for a reprint or exchange.

Cancellations and Changes
As we use a third party who manufacture prints to order, we are unable to cancel or make any changes (including print selection and size) once your order has been placed. However, if your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update your email and shipping address if needed. Please let us know as soon as possible if you require an address change.

Change of Mind
As all our prints are made to order, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size choice. We recommend taking your time to choose the perfect print for your space, and please measure up carefully. If you need any advice, we’re here to help.
